Patient Point of View

"I had an office visit last Friday. I waited for about 20 minutes or so to be called back but when I was called back, wow. I was at Charis for a little over an hour (maybe an hour and a half) and I have to say that was, by far, the best and most productive visit I’ve had at any medical office. Kudos to you! Everyone was so thorough and so caring and concerned. I felt like someone was listening, instead of processing me through like livestock. I never felt rushed or obligated to cut my symptoms short because of time. Thank you, and your board, for providing this needed service for those of us without insurance. "
