At the Charis Health Center we provide primary health care for working uninsured residents of Wilson County, TN. We operate similar to a regular doctor's office with the main difference being that we are staffed primarily by volunteers. If you live in Wilson County, you do not have health insurance coverage, and if you or someone in your household is employed, you are eligible to be a patient.
Charis Health Center has moved our office into a new space! Our new location is at 2620 North Mt. Juliet Road. Located on the West Side of Mt Juliet Rd in the Town Center Plaza.
From Lebanon Rd - Turn South on Mt. Juliet Road and go 1.7 miles. The clinic will be on your right hand side in the same plaza as Coldwell Banker.
From I-40 - Turn North on Mt. Juliet Rd and go 2.5 miles. The Clinic will be on your left in the same plaza as ColdWell Banker.
Mt. Juliet, TN, May 10, 2012 – Charis Health Center is proud to welcome Karen Rudzinski as the newest addition to their staff. Rudzinski will serve as the Executive Director, overseeing revenue development and community outreach.
The 2012 Board of Directors for Charis is official! We would like to welcome the following new board members:Kate Adams, Jim McVey, Janice Penny, Jeff Perry, Rev. Jorge Vasconcelos, and Jamie Wood. The Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce has awarded The Charis Health Center with the Community Enhancement Award for the Month of March 2011.
On the First Saturday of each month, a dedicated team of volunteers puts together the Gifts of Grace Fish Fry. The proceeds of the event go to helping local residents with expenses incurred as a result of serious medical conditions. Charis Health Center truly appreciates the ministry and is happy that the Gifts of Grace program has been such a blessing to our patients.
