Do I need an appointment? |

Yes, appointments are required. Charis is not a walk-in clinic. While we never want to turn any patients away, we are not set up to work efficiently with walk-in patients. Please call our office at 773-5875 to schedule an appointment. |

The first time you come in for an appointment, you will need to bring:
- Proof of employment (i.e. a recent check stub)
- Proof of Wilson County Residence (i.e. electric bill)

How much will it cost me? |
|
Charis charges a fee for each visit. A regular visit will cost between $10 and $40 based on your income level. Follow up visits range from $5 to $40. |
